BRAND REDESIGN
The WCS brand redesign project was part of my Visual Brand and Identity Systems unit within university. It involves us working with a client, satisfying their brief, while providing our expertise of decisions as developing designers. The goal was to represent the company’s values within a newly redesigned brand, and collect the client’s list of expectations of the project.

I started by doing thumbnail sketches of a redesign, based on how the company uses the brand within their marketing materials and internal communications. I decided to use the oval as a basic shape element, and overlapped these to create a tulip-shaped icon that resembles the letter W.
